AllCampus Achievers Award Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility Criteria

The AllCampus Achievers Award (the “Achievers Award”) is open to U.S. residents age 18 or older who are first-time enrolling students in associate, bachelor’s, master’s, or doctoral programs at participating AllCampus Workplace Network Learning Providers (“Learning Providers”). Eligible programs may be limited to those that meet specific criteria established by AllCampus Workplace Network Learning Providers. Applicants should verify with AllCampus that your program and learning provider qualifies for the Achievers Award before enrolling. AllCampus PB LLC is the sponsor and administrator of the Achievers Award.

Eligibility Requirements:
To qualify for the Achievers Award, applicants must:

• Enroll in an eligible program by March 31, 2025, to qualify for the Achievers Award.
• Complete five or more courses with passing grades from a Learning Provider within the AllCampus Workplace Network by March 31, 2026.
• Be employed by an AllCampus employer partner throughout their enrollment and at the time of course completion.
• Remain enrolled in their program upon completing the five courses and at the time of application for the award.
• Be U.S. residents, age 18 or older.

Additional Conditions:

• Applicants should verify on the AllCampus Platform in advance that their chosen program and Learning Provider are eligible for the award.
• The student’s employer must be an active AllCampus employer partner for award eligibility.
• Transfer credits from other institutions do not count toward the requirement of completing five or more courses to qualify for the award.

2. Application Submission Process

To apply for the Achievers Award, please follow these steps:

1. Create an Account: Registration for the award is automatic once you create an AllCampus Workplace Network account.
2. Complete Course Requirements: Fulfill the five-course requirement and notify AllCampus by March 31, 2026, using the designated application submission form.
3. Submit Required Documentation:
• Complete the application submission form.
• Provide an official transcript showing the successful completion of five courses.
• Include proof of current employment with an AllCampus Workplace Network employer partner, as verified at the time of application and course completion.
4. Submission Deadline: All applications must be completed and submitted by June 30, 2026. Applications submitted without verified employment will not be considered.

3. Award Amount and Disbursement Timeline

The Achievers Award totals $1,000, distributed in two payments of $500 each. Payments will be sent by check to the student’s provided mailing address upon completion of the application and verification of five successfully completed courses that meet award requirements.

All applications must be submitted within 60 days of completing the fifth qualifying course. Payment processing will follow the submission and processing deadlines listed below:

4. Excluded Learning Providers and Programs

The following Learning Providers and specific program types are not eligible for the $1,000 Achievers Award:

• Excluded Learning Providers:
• Southern New Hampshire University
• Excluded Programs:
• Non-degree programs, such as non-credit certificate programs
• Undergraduate certificate programs
• Graduate certificate programs

5. Award Usage

• Approved Use: The Achievers Award can be used for tuition and other education-related expenses, though it is not a requirement.
• Form of Award: The award will be issued as a check after the student fulfills all terms.

6. Qualification Requirements

• Enrollment Deadline: Students must enroll in a qualifying program with an eligible AllCampus Workplace Network Learning Provider by March 31, 2025, to be eligible for the Achievers Award.
• Course Completion: Students must complete five courses with passing grades at an eligible Learning Provider by May 31, 2026.
• Proof of Completion: An official transcript showing completed courses must be submitted with the application.
• Enrollment Timing: The award is not retroactive; courses completed before enrollment in the Achievers Award program do not qualify.

7. Tax Liability

The Achievers Award payments are each below the IRS reporting threshold for miscellaneous income, and AllCampus does not anticipate any tax liability for recipients. Consequently, AllCampus will not issue tax forms for these payments, and recipients are not required to report the award as taxable income.

However, AllCampus advises recipients to consult a tax professional to confirm their individual tax circumstances, as AllCampus is not responsible for providing tax guidance or covering any unexpected tax obligations. Tax treatment may vary based on recipients’ personal financial situations or changes in tax laws.

8. General Conditions

• Non-Transferability: The award is non-transferable, non-refundable, and not exchangeable for cash.
• Right to Amend: AllCampus reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Achievers Award program, including eligibility criteria and award amounts.
• Fraud Prevention: Any application found to contain false information or otherwise fail to meet award terms may result in forfeiture of the award and potential disqualification from future awards.

9. Limitation of Liability

• Technical Issues: AllCampus is not liable for technical difficulties, lost applications, or delays due to third-party actions or applicant errors.
• Legal Compliance: The Achievers Award is subject to all applicable laws. Recipients are responsible for any related tax liabilities.
